1) General statement

To the extent applicable, TheHubPorno complies with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. All persons depicted in any visual portrayals of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on this website were 18 years of age or older at the time of the depiction.

2) Producer status

  • Not a primary producer. TheHubPorno does not produce, create, or direct the content displayed on the site. Our service functions as an online platform that indexes, embeds, and links to content hosted by third-party websites, networks, and studios.
  • User-submitted/partner content. Where uploads, feeds, or embeds are supplied by users, affiliates, studios, or networks, those parties act as the “primary producers” for purposes of §2257 and are solely responsible for maintaining the age-verification records required by law. They warrant to us that all performers were at least 18 years old and that records are kept as required.

Accordingly, the required records for the content displayed on this site are maintained by the respective primary producers, not by TheHubPorno, unless expressly stated otherwise below.

3) Location of records / Custodian of Records

For any content produced by or on behalf of TheHubPorno (if any in the future), the records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 are maintained by our Custodian of Records at the address below:

If TheHubPorno is not the producer of a particular work, the records for that work are maintained by the primary producer (e.g., the studio, uploader, or network that supplied/hosts the content). Requests for such records should be directed to the applicable producer at its address.

4) Good-faith compliance practices

  • We require partners/uploader accounts (where applicable) to confirm that all performers are 18+ and that original, accurate identification records are kept pursuant to §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
  • We prohibit content depicting minors, simulated minors, or otherwise unlawful material.
  • We operate a notice-and-takedown program: upon receiving a facially valid notice that any content may be non-compliant (including claims a performer is under 18), we promptly investigate and remove the material pending verification and, where appropriate, report to relevant authorities.
