TheHubPorno is a user-driven adult entertainment site. We respect copyright and will respond to proper notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. §512.
1) How to file a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are the copyright owner or authorized agent and believe material on our site infringes your rights, send a notice that includes ALL of the following:
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
- Work(s) claimed to be infringed: identify the copyrighted work or a representative list if multiple works on one page.
- Location of the infringing material: the exact URL(s) on our site where the material appears. One URL per line.
- Good-faith statement:
“I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.” - Accuracy & authority statement:
“The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.” - Signature: a physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized agent (typing your full legal name is acceptable for email).

Incomplete notices cannot be processed. We may request additional information to verify your claim.
2) What happens after we receive a valid notice
- We will remove or disable access to the reported content.
- We may notify the uploader/user who posted the material.
- We may forward your notice (including your contact details) to the user or publicly share it (e.g., with Lumen Database) as part of transparency practices.
3) Counter-Notification (for users/uploader)
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or is lawful (e.g., fair use, licensed), you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(g). Your counter-notice must include:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the material removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district of your address, or if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of the courts in any district where we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original DMCA notice or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature (type full legal name for email).

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material 10–14 business days after receipt unless the original complainant informs us they have filed a court action seeking to restrain you from engaging in the infringing activity.
4) Repeat Infringer Policy
In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate user accounts and/or block repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove any content at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
5) User Responsibilities
- Upload only content you have the rights to use and share.
- Do not upload content that includes third-party copyrighted works (videos, images, audio) unless you have permission, a valid license, or a legal exception (e.g., fair use).
- Keep accurate contact details associated with your account (if accounts are offered).
6) Third-Party Hosts, Embeds & Links
Some videos or images may be hosted by third parties or embedded from external networks. We cannot remove content hosted elsewhere. Please send DMCA notices directly to the hosting provider as well. When feasible, we will help identify the host.
7) Subpoenas & Requests from Authorities
We may disclose account information, IP addresses, or logs in response to valid legal process (e.g., subpoenas, court orders) or when required by law.
8) Misrepresentations
Submitting false claims may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees, under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
9) Changes
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
