15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in the British Virgin Islands shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms. Where local law requires, you may also have rights to bring claims in your home jurisdiction.

16) Severability & Entire Agreement
